MONOMASS
Monolithic Materials
MRL’s MONOMASS series of unshaped refractories has been developed to support our EPC projects across various high-temperature industries. Covering castables, mortars, ramming mixes, gunning mixes, and chrome corundum castables, this mature and proven product line offers excellent performance in terms of installation, durability, and thermal resistance, making it ideal for steel, non-ferrous, petrochemical, glass, and cement applications.
Steel, Non-ferrous, Cement, Gasification, Glass
Based on alumina, magnesia, and fused corundum, this castable features good flowability, mechanical strength, and thermal stability, suitable for monolithic linings in mid- to high-temperature zones.
Applied for brick jointing and bonding during refractory masonry, this mortar ensures secure adhesion, compatibility, and integrity of the lining.
Formulated for high density, this ramming mix is suitable for furnace bottoms and hearths exposed to slag attack and abrasion. It is installed by vibration or manual ramming.
Designed for hot repair of furnace walls and roofs, this gunning material offers high spraying efficiency and strong adhesion, effectively extending lining life.
Formulated with chrome corundum aggregate, this castable features excellent slag resistance and high-temperature strength, ideal for highly corrosive zones in metallurgy and chemical sectors.
