HAL Series
High Alumina Bricks (ALUCORE HAL)
HAL series high alumina bricks are manufactured using premium-grade bauxite, with an alumina content above 70%. They offer excellent refractoriness, slag resistance, and load-bearing capacity at high temperatures, making them a standard choice for industrial furnace linings.
Application
- Steelmaking: Ladle permanent lining, safety lining for AOD/VOD converters, RH vacuum chamber, heating furnace channels.
- Glass Industry: Support and safety bricks in the crown and bottom zones of regenerators.
- Chemical Industry: Back linings for ammonia gasifiers and middle zones of ethylene cracking furnaces.
- Other Industries: Protective layers in ceramic kilns, incinerator wall bricks, and flue gas desulfurization linings.
