Fused Alumina Bricks (ALUMIMAG HAB)
The ALUMIMAG HAB series fused alumina bricks are made from high-purity alumina and sintered at high temperatures. They feature excellent purity, high mechanical strength, superior chemical resistance, and outstanding abrasion resistance. These products are specially designed for extreme service conditions involving high temperatures, high pressure, strong corrosion, and intense mechanical wear, making them ideal for critical refractory linings in petrochemical thermal equipment.
Application
- Steelmaking: Permanent lining of RH vacuum chambers, safety linings for VOD and AOD converters, permanent lining for refining ladles.
- Non-ferrous & Metallurgy: Safety lining of copper anode furnaces, flue bricks in flash smelting furnaces, linings in high-temperature oxidation zones.
- Gasification & High-Temperature Reaction Systems: Linings for ammonia gasifiers, gasification zones of ethylene cracking furnaces, working linings in carbon black reactors, wear-resistant linings in hazardous waste incinerators and pyrolysis furnaces.
