Mag-Galaxite Bricks (CEMAMAG CNS)
The CNS Series is a patended product line developed exclusively by MRL, featuring advanced magnesia-manganese spinel technology. Designed to perform under the harsh conditions of cement kilns, these bricks are produced from premium fused magnesia, high-purity alumina sources, and manganese-based compounds, then sintered at high temperatures to form a dense yet thermally flexible microstructure. Compared to conventional magnesia-alumina or magnesia-ferrite spinel bricks, CNS bricks offer superior thermal shock resistance, elevated mechanical flexibility, abrasion resistance, and outstanding coating adherence. Their performance advantages allow them to be effectively used across multiple kiln zones—including burning zone, upper and lower transition zones, and safety zone—making CNS a truly versatile solution for demanding operating environments. MRL offers a full spectrum of CNS grades to support a wide range of kiln types, fuel strategies (including high AFR usage), and customer-specific requirements.
