CAS-S series silicon-mullite andalusite bricks are an upgraded version of standard CAS bricks, enhanced by the addition of andalusite and other high-performance raw materials. This series offers significantly improved thermal shock resistance, low creep rate, and strong resistance to acid and alkali attack. With high structural integrity and mechanical strength at elevated temperatures, CAS-S bricks are ideal for areas subjected to frequent thermal fluctuations and chemical erosion, such as the transition zone, safety zone, and calcining zone in rotary kilns.
